Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation free of charge up to 31 days before departure date
• From 30 days to 14 days before arrival 50%.
• Within the last 14 days before arrival, this also applies to no-shows, late arrivals and early departures, 100 % of the tour price.
• Cancellation free of charge is only possible in the event of a lockdown in force in Austria, provided this is within your travel period.
• Cancellations must be notified in writing.
• If you have booked through a third party provider, different conditions are possible.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, e.g. with Europäische Reiseversicherung, if you are unable to travel due to a COVID infection.
